Low sun across a wall shows every old patch. We level the wall before we paint it.

How we work

Our approach

We’ve painted Peninsula interiors for 34 years. We hold a C-33 painting license, and we’re a Fine Paints of Europe Master Certified contractor.

Paint shows every dent, patch and taped seam, and a higher sheen shows them worse. So in a single bedroom or a whole estate, no coat goes on until the wall is repaired and level.

Color & finishes

Color consultation · Sample boards, on your walls

A color that looked right in the store can turn green or gray in a north-facing room. We bring large sample boards and check them in each room before you decide.

Process

Four phases

A hand rolling white paint over a grey wall with a red handled roller
  1. Consultation

We walk the rooms with you, talk through color, and send a written proposal.

  2. Preparation

Furniture covered and floors masked. Then we patch and sand, and skim to Level 5 where the wall needs it.

  3. Priming

Stain-blocking primer over water marks and fresh patches, bonding primer over glossy old paint.

  4. Application

Two finish coats at the least. Then we walk the rooms with you and touch up anything you find before we leave.
