What Master Certification means
Master Certification is the highest level of recognition FPE offers painting contractors. It’s given for showing FPE that you can specify its European paint systems, apply them properly and get the finish they’re made for.

Where the paint comes from. Fine Paints of Europe was founded in 1987 to bring premium Dutch paint formulations to the American market. Its products are made in the Netherlands from traditional European pigments, oils, and resins.

Hollandlac
FPE’s oil-based enamel, and the one it’s known for. It leaves a hard, deep finish. We specify Hollandlac Brilliant 98 for surfaces hands touch all day, like cabinets and doors.
