Why we carry both.
C-33 covers painting and decorating. B-2, on the same license, adds the multi-trade work around the paint, which lets one contractor carry the project through to the final coat. Structural changes to load-bearing elements, and electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems, are performed by appropriately licensed contractors.
